My coaching philosophy is aimed to maximise your professional and personal impact. Think of me as your coach, confidante, and champion; I am in your corner.

Whilst I am a certified Organisational Coach Level 1 with the Institute of Executive Coaching Leadership (IECL), I am not a purist in this regard. Rather I take the ‘best of’ the IECL and combine it with:
Commercial pragmatism - leaning on 20+ years of corporate experience as a manager, director, executive
Leadership experience during ‘moments that matter’- from restructures, mergers, acquisitions, refinancing, fundraising, market expansion, and parental leave/return
Guidance on strategic communications, business development, and personal brand
Honesty, including hard truths, and empathy.
